Plot: In an attempt to be more than just a housewife and mother, Irma takes a job as a secretary at a law firm, but struggles with sexual discrimination and competition from a younger, prettier coworker, while Harry and Ralph worry that women in the workplace will lead to men being treated like sex objects and second-class citizens.
