Plot: The King of Sweden visits Flake unexpectedly and accuses Halvar of stealing his jeweled scepter - and he has an eyewitness - himself! It's up to Vic to discover why the king thinks that he saw Halvar take his scepter, and prove to him that Halvar is innocent.
