Plot: Baby Killers - On July 13, 1997, Kristine Sue Westin and her boyfriend Kevin Dale Woo allegedly drowned their newborn baby in the bathroom of their Las Vegas hotel room. They have been sighted in the Southern California area as recently as October of 2001
