Plot: In the QuickFire challenge the chefs go back to their culinary roots to be tested by guest judge Chef John Higgins on the five French mother sauces. And later in the Elimination Challenge, the chefs are split into two teams to create three-course progressive menus showcasing the diverse and decadent flavours of Middle Eastern cuisine
