Plot: For the Quickfire Challenge, the Chefs are celebrating Tim Horton’s 60th anniversary by creating a dish inspired by their Canadian hometowns, with a chance to be featured on Tim Horton’s menu. Later in the Elimination Challenge, the Chefs are challenged to make a Top Chef quality dish while working with unique and sustainable ingredients that Judge David Zilber predicts will be in the pantries and fridges of chefs in the future
