Plot: Droopy and Dripple are the Right Brothers, and they compete with the airplane invention contest when the reporter Miss Scoops Vavoom comes by for them to be in the contest and win up to $20,000, while Flip-Flop McWolf (who is also the paperboy) also wants to participate as well to fly against them in the contest. This episode is a parody of the "Wright Brothers"
