Plot: It's a cold night in the store and just as Sam's about to turn on the heat (using TXL, who controls the heat), Muffy accidentally spills Sam's hot chocolate on TXL's keyboard and now Sam can't turn the heat on. So everyone must ""think warm"" to stay warm
