Plot: The Terror sends his so-so villainous son Terry to recover his Desire-O-Vac - he lost it in an epic battle against the Decency Squad decades ago. The Tick is there listening to the old-time Squadders' tales and eventually gets involved, but it's a rebellious Terry and the aged Decency Squad members who save the day
