Plot: It is Scooby's birthday and Shaggy, Daphne, and Scrappy Doo pretend to forget when they planned a surprise " Its Your Life " bash for Scooby Doo w/ surprise guests Fred Jones and Velma Dinkley but a creep from a past case crashes for revenge on the gang.
