Plot: Ricochet and Droop-a-Long get a call from a big city police chief, asking for help in catching a guy who has a pair of gorillas as his bodyguards. After stopping the creep to give him a traffic ticket, Ricochet and Droop-a-Long fight with his bodyguards and they are able to fight the bad guys into jail
