Plot: Clyde Hinshaw who is in jail for murder seems peculiarly nonchalant about his upcoming trial. When the Lone Ranger sees Ma Hinshaw and her son talking to Judge Brady who has seen the murder, he talks to the judge and learns that the Hinshaws hold the judge's daughter Molly under threat of murder if the judge does not present his testimony so that Clyde is acquitted
