Plot: When Nell tells Gemma that her dodgy agent Kenny is just out of prison, Gemma can't summon the courage to sack him. Jeff steps in to help and confronts Kenny, but thanks to Jeff's vanity Gemma's dreams are far from over - and Kenny persuades them that a showreel is mandatory
