Plot: Alan catches up with a spaniel that was rescued by the RSPCA, and is now beginning training to become a police sniffer dog. An inspector tries to help a Jack Russell with a skin condition, but the owner is not willing to let her interfere, and a dog is found tied to a radiator with neither food nor water
