Plot: Ackland and Loxton deal with an assault on a council official, attempting to re-house some particularly difficult tenants before a tower block is stripped prior to demolition. While Ackland attempts to find a way around the stubborn resident, Loxton speaks to some workmen who have discovered some long-hidden secrets behind a radiator, leading him and Boyden to investigate a case of suspected paedophilia
