Plot: When Hooker and Stacy take Hooker's children for a trip to the beach, a minor fire distracts Hooker long enough for Chrissie to disappear. She has been kidnapped by bitter ex-cop Marty Latham, who was struck from the force and ultimately sentenced to prison after becoming involved with The Mob
