Plot: Hooker and Romano give chase of a couple of armed robbers who have held up a local bank and taken a teller hostage - a high-speed pursuit which ends in the thieves' car ploughing into the side of a tanker. Hooker receives criticism over his decision to give chase, which deepens when it's learnt that the young woman taken hostage has lost her unborn baby as a result of the crash
