Plot: After an armed box office heist where the robbers escape on motorcycles leaves Hooker and Romano's patrol car destroyed by a bomb and a young man dead, Hooker and the team are on the look out for an infamous criminal named Willie Donovan, whom Corrigan has a grudge against after the collapse of a previous investigation. But a shoot-out with Donovan which leaves Donovan dead, a gun from the robbery room of Corrigan's previous Police department, and an exaggerated report of Police brutality from a informant all mount up to Corrigan being assigned to desk duty while he is investigated
