Plot: The comedian visits Southend-on-Sea in Essex, home to the world's largest pleasure pier and the famous narrow-gauge railway. Susan also creates her own ice-cream sundae, takes part in a training exercise with a local lifeboat crew, and talks to Birds of a Feather star Linda Robson about why she has been coming to the town since she was a child
