Plot: Starsky's younger brother Nick arrives in the city to visit to his elder sibling. But the older Starsky soon has cause for concern that Nick is mixed up in criminal activities, when he is spotted entering a restaurant at the centre of a Federal stake-out that's trying to nail a counterfeiting scam
