Plot: The dashing Detectives try to catch the deranged stalker who is hounding a successful country singer, and will only stop if she pays him $10,000. At first, the anonymous madman just issues threats via phone, but when he turns to murder, Starsky and Hutch must piece together just who the extortionist is and capture him before anyone else is killed
