Plot: This week the couples join wedding coordinator Brian Worley to pick out their dream wedding rings. Meanwhile, one contestant faces down his nemesis and gets closer to fulfilling his life-long dream of becoming a cop, and the sound of sirens become very familiar as two contestants are taken away by ambulance on the same day
