Plot: He's in Pembrokeshire meeting the family who have bought their very own island complete with Napoleonic Fort; goes fishing with a Lobsterman who couldn't bear to be away from the coast where he grew up and makes a splash with the 'Bluetits', Pembrokeshire's wetsuit-free swimming club who love a swim in the chilly Celtic sea.
