Plot: General Parvo has a new crazed scheme! He wants to awaken a dinosaur family and use them to wreak havoc! He enlists the help of a band of Shiba Inu Cano-Mutant Ninjas. The Rovers must stop them from stealing artifacts that could lead to disaster, so they travel to Japan!
