Plot: Nicole Curtis tackles a 1916 mansion in Minneapolis and builds out its dingy, old cellar by creating a new living space that adds nearly 1,000 square feet to the home. Then, Nicole indulges her most glamorous fantasy in the master suite and comes up with a perfect layout for the challenging kitchen
