Plot: Furinkan High's principal returns from a long trip to 'study' American educational system, unfortunately he turns out to be completely insane. His first order of business is to institute a policy of buzz cuts for boys and bowl cuts for girls unless the students can find the coconut with a 'get out of rules free' note in it
