Plot: The school's electrical system seems to be being mangled by someone because the fire alarm constantly rings, sending the students out of the school every time; the lights go on or off. When Roger makes his broadcast, the script he wrote sucked up to the teachers big time, but when he read it over the microphone, most of his words that complete the nice things he said, are blocked out because there might be problems with the electricity
