Plot: Project Catwalk is back with an all new group of designers and a new host, Kelly Osbourne! For their first challenge they are asked to design an evening dress for Tara Palmer-Tomkinson the isn't too "boring black tie". The only catch- they have to make it out of the evening wear they wore to a party the night before!
