Plot: Ben has organised a special surprise party for Postman Pat where he plans to award him a gold star for being the best Postman and always delivering on time! Ben sends Pat off to pick up a Special Delivery from Greendale Post Office so they can decorate, but when Ben needs more time he has to find a way to delay Pat's journey. No road block or hay bales will stop Pat as the Special Delivery always gets through!
