Plot: Kathleen represents an innocent client who happened to be in the wrong car at the wrong time and is now charged as an accessory to murder. Tommy Cabretti, the prosecutor assigned to the case, knows that he doesn't have enough evidence to convict, but his ego gets in the way and he refuses to negotiate a plea in good faith
