Plot: After stopping a late-night robbery in a bar, Victor Del Toro, once a member of the Pacific Blue unit, is on the verge of committing suicide on the Santa Monica pier. He's interrupted by a young woman looking for signatures for a petition to regain custody of her six year old daughter, now in the hands of a rich couple
