Plot: Brennan finds out about Lucas’ street racing when he turns up undercover at one of Garland’s rackets. Is Brennan going to arrest him or will he surprise Lucas with a lifeline? Meanwhile, it’s Charlie’s birthday but without his exotic friend he’s not in the mood for celebrating
