Plot: Mayor Lugatto wants the town's opera house back in business, and McHale wants his Crew out of jail. So, they cooperate in a plan to accomplish both, by having Binghamton sing the lead in the opera company's season-opener, despite The Captain's painfully obvious lack of talent
