Plot: Pete Cornelius the 19-year-old son of a wealthy businessman is on his way to college for his first year's studies but when he stops off in New Orleans on the way to the school Pete becomes fascinated with the city. He also becomes interested in a nightclub vocalist, Lou Jansen and decides against catching his train for the University
