Plot: The residents find a two-dollar bill in a Cracker Jack box, who turns out to be a southern anarchist named Jefferson. Jefferson urges the residents to break Pesh’s rules and before long they're swimming in the fish tanks, filling their pants with ice cream, and driving Pesh insane
