Plot: In the first vignette, Elizabeth tries to convince Alvin to let her plant an oak tree in the middle of their patio; in the second, Alvin attempts to repair his malfunctioning television set by himself; in the third, Elizabeth and Alvin attempt to deal with a charmless carhop at a drive-in movie theater.
