Plot: James Martin's American Adventure reaches Dallas, with a trip to Southfork, the ranch made famous in the world-renowned TV series Dallas. Whilst in town, James visits the location of the Texas State Fair and gets to try two Texan classics: The corny dog and deep fried butter!
