Plot: After numerous apartment renovations in Stockholm, Gabriel and Elin have now found their dream house - one of the desirable small row houses in Gamla Enskede. The plan is to enhance the historical values of the house but since it has such a small footprint Gabriel and Elin also want to dig into the basement to maximise the space - but then Gert sounds a note of warning!
