Plot: Asuka Yagami, the Cyber Bureau secretary, was manipulating the Seven Gods of Suits behind the scenes all along! Yagami, who has transcended the barrier between real and digital, erects the Tower of Bankruptcy at the capitol and generates "money tornadoes" which begin to transform everything in Japan into money.
