Plot: As Iron Town comes under attack by Cyber Emperor due to Kintetsu's family failing to pay off their debt, Kaito confront's the company's president, Deborah Kizaki, who claims to have purchased Iron Town and plans to turn it into a theme park. Kaito puts his Enter the Gold suit on the line to win Iron Town back from Deborah in a Hero Battle scheduled for the next day
