Plot: The south-west chefs - returning contender Emily Watkins and Michelin-starred chefs Dominic Chapman and Josh Eggleton - do battle for the fish course. Dom has been inspired by his research trip to the scene of the D-Day landings, but will Emily's nerves get the better of her in the kitchen?
