Plot: Paul Murton begins his Grand Tour with a chilly swim across Loch Ba, high on Rannoch Moor, struggles against the elements while trainspotting and meets some veteran Tunnel Tigers - men who tunnelled deep inside the Grampians, diverting water to hydroelectric schemes.
