Plot: A freak cyclonic storm sucks both the Calico and Godzilla, the latter of whom unsuccessfully attempted to rescue the hapless ship from the vortex, into an amazing futuristic city that floats above the clouds, unseen by the surface world. The human looking cloud dwellers befriend the Calico crew, but the latter soon learns that the cloud city is repeatedly menaced by a giant, electricity spewing flying monster they call the Power Dragon
