Plot: In the stunning landscapes of north west Wales, Sonali Shah meets a couple from Warwickshire who have a dream of owning a property that would provide them with a home and the ability to offer holiday lets. While in the region, Sonali meets a paddle-boarding campaigner helping to rid the area of plastic pollution
