Plot: El Kebeer gets on the train to buy two tractors from Egypt and meets Sultan on the train and gives him aspirin for headaches, then Sultan descends and discovers that Sultan forgot his bag, so he takes 2 aspirins from his bag, two on the way and two on the stairs, and a day later, he finds himself in a women's bathroom inside a restaurant.
