Plot: Singapore has a double-crisis on her hands: firstly, a Livestream Killer goes online and asks people to cast their vote online in order to determine whether a victim he has captured and tortured should live or die; then, convicted serial killer Derek Ho - sentenced to hang within the week - breaks out of captivity and is now loose on the island nation.
