Plot: In this establishment in the heart of the artists' district, the manager Rémy has a lot of trouble finding the identity of his restaurant. This former Air Force commando rifleman manages the restaurant with his own methods: he imposes excessive quantities on the customer's plate and insists on keeping a long menu that penalizes his chef, Pascal
