Plot: Leading CHEUNG PO-TSAI and his men to make an audience with Emperor JIAQING, LAI GONG GONG hands the map of the South China Sea to CHEUNG PO-TSAI, instructing him to submit it to the Emperor. While CHEUNG PO-TSAI is presenting the scroll of the map to the Emperor, a dagger emerges at the end of the scroll, and right away, he becomes the prime suspect in an assassination attempt on the Emperor
