Plot: Charlie Luxton meets a couple who have moved to Ludlow in Shropshire, but have been living in a caravan with their three children for 18 months due to problems obtaining planning permission. The building of their new home can finally get under way, but with little experience and a budget of just £50,000, they face a steep learning curve that tests their relationship to the limit
