Plot: Della McDermott is leaving for overseas, and Bobby's replacement manager, Ruth Rierdon, seems to be very easy going, Bobby thinks he is in for an easy ride, free of the shackles of Della's discipline-but he soon gets a rude shock and comes to appreciate Della when Ruth turns out to be an even harder taskmaster.
