Plot: In the Season 3 finale, the ladies grill Kat and Lily about their hookup; everyone puts their differences aside to honor Don's sister; Lily opens up to JR about her past; and Ryan invites the crew to yet another a lake house to make amends, but things go left when Kat shows up and demands to be rehired at 9Mag.
